• Hospital-employed position with a premier health system in Northwest Pennsylvania
• 5-on / 5-off day block schedule; 10.5-hour shifts
• Closed ICU and no procedures
• Large hospitalist team during each shift plus assistance from APPs
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2026 residents
• H-1B visas are welcome (cap exempt)
