The Role

As the Manager, FP&A , you will be supporting our t eams, serving as their trusted advisor for all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is crucial for enabling departmental leaders to make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. You will be instrumental in tracking the Return on Investment (ROI) of major initiatives and helping the league navigate its high-growth trajectory.

What You Will Own & Drive

Own Financial Planning

• Budgeting & Forecasting : Own the development and management of detailed annual budgets and dynamic rolling forecasts for your assigned business lines.
• Expense Management : Coordinate, track, and analyze departmental expenses, including credit card transactions and vendor costs, ensuring high-accuracy and alignment with budget categories.
• Performance Correction : Proactively monitor financial performance, identify significant variances, and recommend strategic adjustments to ensure investment remains on track and optimized.
• P&L Alignment : Partner closely with the Accounting team to ensure seamless alignment on month-end close, invoice categorization, and the impact of departmental activity on the league's overall Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
