Established practice with 1 full-time

physician and 1 full-time nurse practitioner ? Plentiful referral

base with high demand for cardiology

services

Epic EHR with Cupid module and Muse

coming soon

Implantable cardiac device

management services

Supervision of stress

testing procedures in co-located respiratory therapy

department

Interpretation of cardiac imaging,

ECGs and device interrogation reports

Minor

procedures including implanting and removal of loop recorders,

cardioversion and TEE

Very competitive total

compensation opportunity with RVU production bonus opportunity

based on annual threshold, Quality incentives up to $10,000

annually, and Commencement bonus of

$15,000,
