Corporate Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Corporate Systems Engineer to manage and innovate on corporate and care delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support provisioning and management of all endpoints, SaaS, and native software for the workforce

Triage and resolve issues in the IT HelpDesk queue while collaborating with stakeholders to meet SLA goals

Lead corporate systems projects to enhance security, compliance, and workforce productivity

Required Qualifications

Experience in healthcare and startup environments preferred

Ability to balance direct ticket servicing with high-leverage project work

Experience supporting both technical and non-technical users

Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders including Engineering, HR, Clinical, and Finance teams

Willingness to travel to Boston monthly for hardware refreshes preferred
