HonorVet Technologies is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager for a local contract nursing job in Montgomery, Alabama.

Job Title : Wellness Manager

Location : 1145 Air Base Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36108

Contract Length : 35 days

Hours :  40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the medical examination of students.
  • Specimen (blood and urine) collection as needed (phlebotomy).
  • Screen patients and refer them to Center Physician, Health and Wellness Manager and / or the Center Mental Health.
  • Observe, records and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and behavior.
  • Perform first aid treatment as needed.
  • Assist the physician with the patient examination; prepare patients for tests and the examination.
  • Provide guidance for students in matters of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Maintain medical equipment and inventory of supplies and medications.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Promote projects that support health and safety throughout the Center.
