Independent Contractors Needed!

BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is currently hiring Independent Contractor Indoor Cycling Instructors to teach classes on the following schedule :

  • Mondays : 8 : 30 AM & 4 : 00 PM
  • Wednesdays : 8 : 30 AM & 4 : 00 PM
  • Saturdays & Sundays : Morning classes

Compensation :

  • $60 per class

    • We are looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced cycling instructors who are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and engaging workouts for our members.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging indoor cycling classes.
  • Guide members through all phases of the workout, ensuring correct form and safety.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating class environment tailored to the Club’s demographic (average age 72).
  • Inspect bikes and studio space for cleanliness and safety before and after each class.
  • Enforce all studio rules and safety protocols professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Group Exercise Coordinator and Fitness Management team.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Certification in Indoor Cycling from a nationally recognized organization.
  • Current CPR / AED certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching indoor cycling classes.
  • Liability insurance required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with older adult populations preferred.

    • Other Qualifications :

  • Reliable and punctual with flexible availability.
  • Ability to teach with confidence, energy, and clear instruction.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and fitness training.
  • Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light custodial duties as needed.
