What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols within the premises.

Collaborate with retail staff and / or management as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Assist visitors and customers by providing directions and general assistance as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of experience as a security supervisor or manager or 3 years of security-related experience.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
