As a Refunds Analyst , you will play a critical role in monitoring daily processes, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives within the Passenger Refunds department. You will collaborate with management, end-users, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, resolve issues, and drive enhancements that support both departmental and corporate goals.
What you'll do
Lead and maintain the implementation and oversight of new payment processes.
Perform quality assurance for system installations and upgrades.
Support training initiatives for new hires and ongoing employee development.
Conduct ongoing analysis to support departmental changes, company initiatives, and industry mandates.
Serve as a liaison between end-users and Revenue Accounting teams to address questions and concerns related to Refunds data and projects.
Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues, support application enhancements, and ensure accurate automation of Refunds processes.
Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, including testing and deployment.
Assist management with special projects, ad hoc reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Analyze trends and generate statistical reports for senior leadership, government agencies, and external vendors.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding customer issues, complaints, and Department of Transportation compliance.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
High School diploma or GED Equivalency
1 year related work experience in similar field / position
General knowledge of passenger sales & revenue processing

High attention to detail and ability to navigate interrelated systems and processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
