Position : Technical Support Specialist

NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is a leading provider of IT solutions and services for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and system security. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems and software
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
• Monitor and maintain network and system security
• Document and track all support tickets and resolutions
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and solutions to technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
