A Pediatrics Physician is needed to provide 24 / 7 call coverage for the newborn nursery, with an average of 1-2 patients and 1-2 inpatient admissions per day. The physician will work closely with OB / Nursery Nurses and handle routine newborn care, including intubation and umbilical line placement when necessary. The role requires documentation through the CPSI / Evident EMR system and does not involve performing circumcisions.

• Need provider to cover Ped call for newborn nursery. 24 / 7 coverage - All the days in October and November except October 6 and 7 and November 3 and 4th.
• Beeper call
• Average 1-2 Patients Per Day
• Average 1-2 Inpatient Admissions Per Day
• OB / Nursery Nurses Support Staff
• Average Number of ICU Admissions Per Day : na
• Nursery Level (I, II, III) : I
• Documentation System / EMR : CPSI / Evident

Required Pediatric Procedures : routine newborn care, umbilical line if nurse unable to place IV, intubation of a newborn. No circumcisions needed.
