Data & Information Systems Intern

As a Data & Information Systems Intern, you will take on tasks such as :

• Analyzing and standardizing lab data to ensure quality and AI readiness; Mapping and improving lab processes to identify efficiency opportunities; Assisting with Lab Information Management System (LIMS) optimization; Contributing to AI / automation readiness assessments and pilot projects; Documenting findings and creating clear reports; and Collaborating with lab and IT staff on process improvements.

Position Requirements :

• Current student pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Lab Science, Business, or related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and ethical data handling Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools preferred Physical Requirements : Ability to type, write, speak, see, and hear with or without modification / reasonable accommodation.

Details :

• Hours : Between 8-20 hours weekly
• during school year. 40 hours weekly in summer 2026.

Location :

• In-person at headquarters in Findlay Township (near Pittsburgh International Airport) Pay : $15 / hour
