Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommend solutions.
- Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.
- Educate customers on system performance, efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance.
- Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.
- Represent Ted’s with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.EPA certification required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).What We Offer
