Job Description

Staff Psychiatrist position for Community Health setting

On site : Outpatient-only; nice new clinic

8-5 M-F

Hour for initial evaluation / 20 minutes for med check

Goal is 18 twenty-minute units per day (initial eval counts as 3)

Adult patient panel

Perform psychiatric evaluation and treatment

Provideclinical direction and leadership in team development of treatment plans and support and consultation to other team members and service providers

Second opportunity exists forCrisis Stabilization Unit (same M-F schedule)

Comprehensive benefits

Base salary of $301,000 (add 6% if Spanish bilingual)

Call is optional for additional income (rotate every 4-6 weeks)

Requirements :

Completion of accredited residency in Psychiatry

Texas Medical License in good standing

DEA and DPS certificates

Board Eligible or Certified

Spanish speaking a plus
