Centex Technologies is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to provide onsite support for users, systems, and networks. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and vital to keeping our infrastructure running smoothly. Join a team where your skills will directly impact operations that matter.

Responsibilities :

• Support hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Manage accounts and permissions with Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD .
• Resolve tickets using ITSM best practices.
• Manage enterprise tools and MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Deliver clear, customer-focused support to both technical and non-technical users.
