Enrollment Analyst I

A company is looking for an Enrollment Analyst I to manage enrollment transactions for its commodity brands.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the timely and accurate processing of customer enrollment transactions

Ensure enrollment records and documentation comply with internal standards and audit requirements

Help investigate and resolve enrollment-related issues, escalating as necessary

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Six months experience in the deregulated electricity market or one year in customer service back-office operations

Experience with transactional operations in a high-volume environment preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Basic understanding of the deregulated energy industry is preferred
