Job Description
The Medical Oncology Nurse Navigator (MONN) guides patients, families, and caregivers through the cancer care continuum by addressing barriers and ensuring timely access to high-quality, community-based oncology care. Using the nursing process, the MONN provides education, facilitates decision-making, and connects patients with internal and external resources. This role involves regular collaboration with departments such as scheduling, financial counseling, pharmacy, lab, social work, and clinical teams, as well as consistent engagement with physicians and practice leadership to support a seamless navigation experience. This position will administer infusions and be responsible for various office / administrative responsibilities.

Pay Range : $40.00 - $51.00 per hour
Actual compensation offered to candidates is based on work experience, education, skill level, and geographic location. Compensation may vary depending on the state or region in which the position is located, in accordance with applicable laws.
