Florida Made Tiny Homes is growing and calling all tiny home enthusiasts!

As we expand to bring our innovative tiny homes or accessory dwelling units (ADUs) from our home base in Orlando to the greater Tampa Bay region — including Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Sarasota, and Polk Counties, we're eager to welcome a new Tiny Home Sales Consultant / Tiny Home Fanatic to crush sales and create unstoppable momentum in the greater Tampa Bay territory.

Responsibilities

  • Complete in-home appointments set by our call center in addition to setting appointments with your self-generated leads for a bigger commission.
  • Lead every customer through a structured ADU sales process to increase sales.
  • Discover customer's pain points, problems and the feasibility of building an ADU.
  • Partner with our vetted lenders to determine financing options for customers.
  • Impress customers with customized tiny home quotes tailored to solve their biggest housing challenges.
  • Uncover and overcome objections, confidently closing sales to hit sales and revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture leads through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead gen channels.
