Account Representative

Wage : $22.00 - $25.00 / hour

Shift : 2nd

Hours : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm (Monday - Friday)

Account Representative Responsibilities :

  • Ensure estimates, including general conditions, are accurate, complete and reflect the actual requirements of the project
  • Maintain current information and lists for subcontractors
  • Receive and prioritize multiple to bid per day
  • Download plans and set up new projects as client invitations come in
  • Research mall required information and contact mall subcontractors for required bids
  • Organize / print and file sub-contractor bids into appropriate department
  • Download / update current projects bidding as needed with the revised plans and bids
  • Assist estimators as needed to keep them on time

Requirements for Account Representative :

  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Visual ability allows for computer work and data entry for long periods of time
  • Able to handle a multitude of tasks at any given moment and be able to prioritize these tasks according to importance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in similar position within the construction field a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • General understanding of utilizing the internet for research, downloading documents from FTP sites and obtaining information for various malls and subcontractors
  • Understanding of general construction and construction terms a plus but not a requirement
