Strong machining knowledge and ability to work with tooling and process limits. Comfort with reading instructions, safety protocols, and technical manuals. Solid math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). A team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Set up & operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts Troubleshoot programs & adjust G / M codes for accuracy Participate in LEAN initiatives, Kaizen events & 5S workplace standards Operate advanced machines while maintaining top safety standards

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an active, hands-on position where you’ll be moving, problem-solving, and working with precision. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working around moving machinery, and being in a lively (sometimes loud) environment. Safety is always a top priority, and accommodations are available if needed.
