Business Development AssociateNuWest Group Holdings is looking for smart, motivated, hard-working, results-oriented individuals to help expand our staffing business. This position is a fantastic opportunity to jump-start your career that will offer endless growth and opportunity!PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect new clients to generate new business leads.Primarily target mid-size prospectsSupports capture of new anchor accountsEducate new clients to NuWest service offerings.Develop a network of business accounts that generate new client agreements.Work directly with Account Managers to ensure client management is in place.Develop and implement sales pipelines.Negotiate master agreement terms.Generate strategic business partnerships with new clients.Assist in maintaining written correspondence with clients.Partner with other divisions of NuWest to generate and implement new business opportunities.REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirement(s):Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts, or related fields1 year of related sales/business experience preferably within the staffing industry.Strong desire to work in the recruiting, sales, or human resources industry.Strong interest in working with people of different professional and educational backgrounds.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsAbility to connect and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needsStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence.High level of business acumen and organization Available to support client after hours/weekends as needed.Meticulous and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in all MS Office programsProfessional business communication experience preferred.Innate aptitude for problem solving.Comfortable working with metrics and goalsAbility to work both quickly and accurately.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.Strong customer service skillsTeam player attitude50% TravelCompensation:Salary: $60,000-$70,000 Eligible for uncapped commission structureBenefits:Medical, Dental, VisionLife, LTD, Accident InsuranceEAP, Pet Insurance, Legal Insurance401(k) Retirement AccountPaid Time Off10 Vacation Days/year2 Floating Holidays/yearHolidays (8 days)80 hrs (10 days) Sick LeaveNuWest is an equal opportunity employer.
