Traveling Superintendent - Federal Projects

What You’ll Do :

Oversee and manage large-scale federal construction projects from start to finish

Lead diverse teams in highly secure environments requiring advanced security clearances

Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

Coordinate with government agencies, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

Travel extensively to project sites across the country

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal projects including USACE, NAVAFC, DoD, and similar agencies

Experience managing teams working in high-security facilities requiring advanced security clearances

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously

Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Established career with demonstrated success in complex, high-profile federal projects
