We are currently recruiting Audit Senior Managers for various engagements including for-profit, not-for-profit, governmental, and employee benefit plan audits, plus reviews and compilations. Office or hybrid options available!

Job Details:

• Salary: $125,000 - $175,000+ (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package & superior work/life balance
• Work Arrangement: In-Office or Hybrid

Qualifications:

• Auditing experience: 8+ years (Preferred)
• CPA (Required)

Senior Audit Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and specialized projects
• Identify and address accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues using professional guidance
• Develop strategic recommendations for operational improvements based on client insights
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff through effective coaching
• Assess engagement performance and optimize internal processes
• Exemplify exceptional team collaboration, positive leadership, and ethical standards
