Math Instructional Coach

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach - Math.

Key Responsibilities

Complete teaching observations of instructors, evaluating their performance and providing coaching and feedback

Monitor classes during assigned shifts, ensuring instructors meet standards and address urgent issues

Train new instructors and evaluate their readiness to start teaching

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a STEM field, with an advanced degree preferred

Solid academic background in mathematics

Highly skilled and experienced in teaching math at the K-12 levels

Experience training, coaching, and mentoring teachers preferred

Fast adapter to new operational and educational technologies
