Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot data-platform workflows and investigate incidents related to Snowflake and Airflow

Manage high-severity incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to SLAs

Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application support or software operations

Strong experience with ticketing and backlog management tools, such as Azure DevOps

Expertise in monitoring platforms like Splunk or Dynatrace

Experience leading root cause analysis and managing complex production incidents

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
