As a Smart Home Security Specialist, your role will be crucial in enhancing the safety and security of our customers' families and homes. Your Qualifications:
- L6 (or higher level) license required
- Entrepreneurial and career-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Proof of vehicle insurance (minimum of 100/300/100)
- Smartphone or tablet
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist homeowners in creating customized Smart Security solutions tailored to their needs
- Deliver outstanding 5-star customer service; you will be the first in-person contact that customers have with SafeStreets!
- Perform customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems
SafeStreets prioritizes the safety of our employees and customers. Thus, we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) or stipends to our technicians to ensure their safety.
Please note that this role requires physical capabilities, including the ability to work above head level, lift 30-50 pounds (like equipment boxes and ladders), operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
