Branch Manager - In Training

Johnstone Supply is seeking a dynamic results-driven Branch Manager to join our team. The individual will provide leadership and support across multiple branch locations. This is a in training role and once a role opens in the respective market this individual will be placed with a branch.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Branch Manager- In Training include, but are not limited to :

• Establish, communicate, and models performance expectations for all team members
• Ensures team members have the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs
• Ensures performance expectations are met by monitoring reports, gathering feedback from customers, and observing performance
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records, store operational records, documentation, and employee performance files
