How You'll Contribute :

Provide technical and operational support for live productions, media recording, and audiovisual operations in a secure federal broadcast and conferencing environment. Ensure the flawless execution of mission-critical events, manages AV systems, and delivers high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure system readiness and compliance with operational and security requirements.

What You'll Do :

• Set up and operate AV and broadcast equipment for live, recorded, virtual, and hybrid productions (cameras, microphones, a / v consoles, lighting, teleprompters, displays).
• Integrate virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, VTC) into broadcast workflows.
• Monitor and adjust live audio / video signals for quality, redundancy, and security.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot A / V and broadcast systems, as well as document configurations and recovery procedures.
• Record and archive media, ensuring compliance with retention standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators and lead large-scale productions as applicable.
• Adhere to and help refine operating procedures and support equipment modernization.
• Deliver excellent customer service and prepare reports and briefings as required.
• Respond to surge requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
