Realistic Compensation Structure

Responsibilities
The Role
As a team member with our agency, you will :
Aggressively prospect for new clients through lead calling, networking, and referral generationConvert leads into sales through persuasive presentation and effective closing techniquesContribute to our agency's growth through your sales expertiseDevelop relationships with clients to maximize retentionCross-sell and upsell additional policies to existing clientsRequirements
We Want Candidates Who :
Have PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE in any industry (insurance experience a plus)Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsShow evidence of self-motivation and hustle mentalityAre comfortable with aggressive prospecting and lead generationHave excellent closing skills and negotiation abilitiesPossess strong communication and relationship-building skillsAre willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a commission roleLicensing Requirements
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we provide guidance on the licensing process and cover all costs of licensing).
