Katie Gale Farmers Insurance is seeking results-driven sales professionals who know how to HUSTLE and DRIVE BUSINESS. If you have a proven track record in sales and thrive in a commission-based environment, we want to talk to you.

We're specifically looking for experienced salespeople who :

  • Have demonstrated success in a sales environment
  • Know how to prospect, close deals, and contribute to agency growth

  • Have the drive and determination to exceed targets consistently

Realistic Compensation Structure

  • Base salary of $1,500-$2,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based sliding scale commission structure that rewards top producers
  • First-year average earnings : $45,000-$55,000 (base + commission)
  • Second-year average earnings : $55,000-$70,000
  • Top producers in our office earn $75,000-$85,000 annually

    Responsibilities

    The Role

    As a team member with our agency, you will :

  • Aggressively prospect for new clients through lead calling, networking, and referral generation
  • Convert leads into sales through persuasive presentation and effective closing techniques
  • Contribute to our agency's growth through your sales expertise
  • Develop relationships with clients to maximize retention
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional policies to existing clients
  • Requirements

    We Want Candidates Who :

  • Have PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE in any industry (insurance experience a plus)
  • Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Show evidence of self-motivation and hustle mentality
  • Are comfortable with aggressive prospecting and lead generation
  • Have excellent closing skills and negotiation abilities
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a commission role
  • Licensing Requirements

    Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we provide guidance on the licensing process and cover all costs of licensing).
