Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with our Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and Program Director to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. What You’ll Do
Essential Functions :
Administer single-dose medication as per physician orders and document accordingly.
Prepare pre-poured doses for takeout patients, following state-specific policies.
Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
Observe patients and communicate any concerns to the Medical Director.
Administer lab tests and collect vital data for review.
Schedule and screen patients for appointments with the Medical Director.
Document patient care accurately in medical records.
Maintain medication inventory and ensure accuracy in daily accounting.
Assist in onboarding and training new nursing staff.
Administrative Duties
Conduct daily inventory counts of medication supplies.
Safeguard medication inventory and ensure accuracy in shipments.
Communicate patient issues promptly to the Medical Director.
Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions.

Essential Qualifications
Education : Active LPN license in your state.
Knowledge : Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, and general nursing techniques.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience is a plus.
