Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Manager to enhance our Technology Consulting team. At Crowe, we partner with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to mid-market to create strategic roadmaps, execute system implementations, and craft continuous service delivery models.

As a Workiva Solutions Manager, you will design and implement innovative solutions utilizing the Workiva platform. This role requires collaboration with clients to implement and optimize Workiva solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. You will lead fast-paced projects and provide valuable subject matter expertise to Fortune 500 companies. Candidates must possess Workiva implementation certification and experience with Workiva Financial Reporting; certifications related to GRC, Sustainability, and Data Management are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead consulting engagements to deliver exceptional solutions, focusing on project leadership, business development, and client service delivery.
• Manage the entire implementation lifecycle of Workiva solutions, guaranteeing successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and staffing plans while supporting the sales cycle with your expertise.

Qualifications :

The compensation range for this role is estimated between $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 annually, reflective of diverse factors such as skills, experience, and market needs.
