Job descriptionLooking for candidates strong in Agile methodologies, Health Plan Domain. Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Agile frameworks, especially Scrum Scrum master certification. Need to ensure the successful client-based delivery of HealthRules Payor software product and its configuration, interfaces, upgrades, and enhancements. candidate has to work onsite in Malvern, PA. looking from someone from Development background Demonstrate experience in managing Health Plan IT Projects Facilitate daily stand-ups or scrum calls, sprint reviews, retrospectives and regular senior management reporting Lead and directly manage a team of client resources in the delivery of project-based activities Demonstrate excellence and proven experience in managing project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules and budgets Play a key role in the client relationship management and handle a wide range of communication and escalations that demand a high degree of diplomacy, discretion, insight, and judgement Manage timelines, resolve problems, and coach team members on Agile methodologies Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master from Development background with 8+ years in Health Plan IT projects, driving successful delivery of Health Rules Payor implementations through expert stakeholder management, team leadership, and Agile excellence

Location : - Malvern, PA (Onsite / Hybrid role)
Duration : - 6 months Contract
Educational Qualifications : -
- Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
