Travel Nurse RN - Postpartum - $2,468 per week in Flushing, NY

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Post Partum Duration : 8 weeks Shift : AM Hours per Shift : 11.5 hours Experience : Minimum of 2 years in specialty in the last 3 years, travel experience or local experience, Level 1 trauma experience License : Client Registered Nurse License in hand Certifications : AHA BLS, Skills Checklist in required skill set matching order skill set Must-Have : Willingness to float to units appropriate for skill set Description : Unit consists of post partum care. Interviews will include a voice advantage interview and a screening / interview with the Nurse Manager. Start dates are available weekly, typically 4-6 weeks needed for compliance. Shift times are 11.5 hours in length. Total hours per week : choice of 34.5 or 46 hours. There is no call requirement. Every other weekend is required. There is a float requirement to areas within acuity. Flu and COVID vaccination is required, with no declinations accepted. Local rates do not differ for travelers. Scrub requirements include navy bottoms and white tops, or all white attire. Dark shoes must be worn with navy bottoms, while white shoes are required with all white attire. Two references from the most recent assignment within skill set are required. COVID vaccination is mandatory, and only approved medical declinations are accepted. Offers are valid for 48 business hours. If the offer is not confirmed within 48 hours, it will be rescinded and the opportunity will be offered to the next qualified clinician.
