Director of Construction – Southeast (Healthcare Focus)

We’re seeking a proven Director of Construction to lead large-scale healthcare projects across the Southeast region, each exceeding $500M in value. This individual will oversee project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and quality across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide executive leadership across multiple large healthcare projects.
  • Partner with owners, design teams, and project executives to ensure alignment on budgets, schedules, and goals.
  • Oversee construction operations, staffing, and field execution across regional projects.
  • Drive consistency in project delivery, safety culture, and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development and strategic growth within the healthcare market sector.

Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including oversight of major healthcare projects ($500M+).
  • Proven track record leading teams on complex, ground-up healthcare facilities.
  • Strong financial, contractual, and risk management acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
