Key Responsibilities
Lead user research to identify seller pain points and future GTM tooling needs
Draft comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and design artifacts to align with business goals
Oversee feature execution, usability testing, and coordinate all aspects of tool release
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of GTM tooling experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Established subject matter expert in GTM tooling with a history of delivering substantial impact
Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear requirements
Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems
Deep expertise in one or more relevant tools
