Senior Manager, Learning Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Technology Operations & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the learning management system (Docebo), managing content governance and user experience

Design and implement integrations and workflows between Docebo and HRIS (Workday) for seamless data exchange

Manage compliance training lifecycle, including SOC2 compliance and auditing processes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in learning technology or HRIS roles; Bachelor's degree required

Hands-on experience as a Docebo administrator with knowledge of API and reporting capabilities

Experience with integrating LMS and HRIS platforms

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of SOC2 compliance and experience in managing security training programs
