Drug Safety Associate

A company is looking for a Drug Safety Associate (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Process and assess serious adverse events (SAEs) in the Argus database, including query generation and narrative writing

Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper collection and handling of safety data

Train new safety staff on Argus and case processing, and perform SAE reconciliation as required

Required Qualifications

BS / BA in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience; or MS / MA with 5 years; or PhD with 0 years; or equivalent combination

Experience in the Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry and / or oncology preferred

Experience using the Argus safety database preferred

Clinical trial and spontaneous adverse event processing experience

May require certification in the assigned area
