Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our treatment team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating group and individualtherapyand experience in addiction treatment and trauma-focused care.

This position involves facilitating virtual group therapy sessions, conducting individual and family counseling, and integrating trauma-informed interventions into the recovery process.

This is an onsiteposition. The majority of weekly duties will be performed in office.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Facilitate PHP group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and trauma-informed topics.
• Provide individual counseling for clients addressing mental health, substance use, and trauma-related issues.
• Conduct family therapy sessions to support client recovery and strengthen family systems.
• Implement evidence-based trauma-focused interventions, with an emphasis on EMDR or ART.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans these meetings will be in office Mondays from 1pm-3pm.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and program standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
