Assistant Community Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our residential apartment community. This role assists the Community Manager in maximizing property performance while ensuring outstanding resident service, operational excellence, and compliance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations by leasing apartments to qualified applicants.Review lease agreements and community rules with new residents.Maintain strong resident relations through timely and professional communication.Coordinate resident events and ensure vacant units are market-ready.Keep common areas and the office maintained to high standards.Accept and track service requests; follow up on maintenance within 24 hours.Collect rent and deposits and manage delinquency activities.Conduct regular property inspections and prepare leasing and financial reports.Maintain accurate records and support company procedures.Uphold a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring office hours and resident needs are met.Qualifications
High school diploma requiredPrevious on-site property management experience requiredExcellent leasing, sales, and customer service skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with computers; YARDI experience preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredMust be able to walk property and climb stairs regularlyCore Competencies
