Research Instrument Sales Specialist (RIS)

As a Research Instrument Sales Specialist (RIS), you will be responsible for driving sales of BDs flow cytometry instrument portfolio within your assigned territory. You will work strategically with cross-functional partners to deliver complete solutions that enable drug development and translational research, with a special focus on the Pharma / Biotech market. Key academic sites are also included in the territory. Territory includes : MA, with a focus on the Boston / Cambridge Market, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize Power BI and Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, forecast, and territory analytics.
• Own and manage the sales funnel from lead generation through closing.
