Acuity International is seeking experienced, board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine to join our medical team in the Marshall Islands. This unique position blends broad-spectrum primary care with emergency response and offers the chance to serve in both clinical and leadership roles in a dynamic international setting.

- Board-certified (or eligible) in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Experienced in a wide range of specialties including GYN, dermatology, ENT, trauma care, cardiology, and more
- Interested in global health and prepared for flexible, impactful medical care in a remote location
What Youll Do :
Provide direct patient care in a clinic or small hospital settingDiagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions; refer patients as neededCoordinate with local hospitals and medevac services for patient stabilization and transfersMay serve as Site Medical Director or Chief Medical OfficerDeliver care aligned with U.S. standards and uphold the AHA Bill of Rights for PatientsAttend meetings, track outcomes, and support continuous improvementEnsure safe and clean clinical work environmentsDocument all patient encounters and follow-up needsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications :
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school, with completed internship and residencyActive, unrestricted U.S. medical licenseMinimum 3 years of experience in chosen specialtyCurrent certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ATLSValid DEA licenseRecent (within 6 of the past 12 months) hands-on patient care experienceExperience in both hospital and ambulatory settings, with knowledge of outpatient and inpatient therapiesBoard Certification or eligibility in :American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM / ABMS)
American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)U.S. Passport valid for at least 6 more monthsU.S. Drivers LicenseProficiency with Microsoft Office and Acuity medical softwareAbility to speak, write, and communicate fluently in EnglishFavorable background check, drug screen, and CNACI security clearanceMust be medically and dentally fit per Acuity and client readiness guidelinesWillingness to sign and abide by an International Assignment AgreementWork Environment :
