Opportunity Overview : We are excited to invite skilled and experienced board-certified Obstetrician / Gynecologists to join a thriving OB Hospitalist Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This facility offers a dynamic and patient-centered practice within a high-acuity Labor and Delivery unit, providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns. With a Level III NICU on-site, this is an ideal environment for professionals who prioritize safety and quality outcomes in women's health.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care and manage laboring and postpartum patients.
• Handle obstetric emergencies, deliveries, and oversight of unassigned OB / GYN cases.
• Conduct rounds, enter orders, triage maternal patients, and provide emergency GYN consultations.
• Collaborate closely with experienced clinical support staff, including L&D RNs and Neonatologists.
• Educate and supervise OB / GYN residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Participate in a structured, team-based environment with rotating 24-hour shifts (6 7 shifts per month).
• Work jointly with OBs, nurses, and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes safety for both mother and child.
