Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30 - 45 days
Travel Reimbursement Information :
Lodging : ~150 / nightAll other bookings approve for standard / economy rates
Schedule Days, 3x 8 hour shifts weekly; 8 : 30a-5p Mon-Wed (preferred) but will work around provider availability
