Implementation Associate

A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to support customer impact initiatives in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of complex SaaS implementations and professional services engagements

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the platform based on customer feedback

Engage with customers through meetings, training, and workshops to facilitate change management

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college / university

2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, healthcare analytics, or SaaS

2+ years of experience in healthcare provider, payer, or life sciences (strongly preferred)

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL skills preferred

Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple responsibilities
