Job descriptionAccount Executives are responsible for driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts. Utilizing our various prospecting tools to generate leads Maintaining a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets Identifying the full potential of targeted accounts and helping them reach that potential Engaging leads through effective telephone, email, and in-person communication Representing RLS at various trade shows and conferences Apply if you are : Driven and self-motivated Have a competitive nature A collaborative team player who can not only achieve your goals but can make your presence and support felt throughout the team Ambitious and think BIG Persistent and put in the effort even on difficult days Smart but recognized there is always room for improvement and welcome constructive criticism Must Have Requirements : Be humble, stay hungry, and live smart. EOE Base salary of $45,000-$52,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission paid in perpetuity. This position reports to the Operations Manager, Freight Brokerage, and has 0 direct reports. Full-time Schedule : Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Annual Potential Earnings : $45,000 - $52,000, plus incentive based on team's performance.
