LocumJobsOnline is working with Provider Healthcare to find a qualified Emergency Medicine NP in California!

About The Position

Location :  Sonora, CA |  Organization :  Sierra Emergency Medical Group (SEMG)

Facility :  Adventist Health Sonora

Join a team with over 30 years of experience staffing the Emergency Department and Rapid Care Clinics for Adventist Health Sonora. SEMG is seeking a  full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  to work in the  Rapid Medical Exam (RME)  area and two  Rapid Care Clinics .

Position Highlights :

Shifts :  RME (11a–9p), Rapid Care (8a–5p), 4 shifts / week

Compensation :  $155K–$190K annually (base + RVU bonuses)

Extras :

5% weekend differential

Time-and-a-half for holidays

$2,500+ annual retention bonus

Relocation loan up to $10K (forgiven after 24 months)

Benefits : PTO :

Year 1 : 4 weeks

Years 2–3 : 5 weeks

Year 4+ : 6 weeks

Health Insurance :

95% paid for employee, 75% for dependents

Additional Coverage :  Optional dental, vision, FSA

CME & Licensing :

$1K–$3K annual CME reimbursement

1 week paid CME leave

Paid malpractice, license, DEA, and dues

401K :

Eligible after 6 months

Employer contribution up to $46,500 based on salary

Qualifications :

Licensed PA or NP in California (or eligibility to obtain)

Emergency / urgent care experience preferred
