Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct-hire position at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Northwest Colorado . This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit healthcare team in a beautiful part of the state. Pay : - $ 55.72-$70.58 depends on experience

Position Details :

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shifts : Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm

On-Call : Every other weekend

Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily pharmacy operations

Support Infusion Center (filling IVs and chemotherapy)

Perform medication checks and order entry

Participate in clinical rounding

Ensure compliance with hospital standards and patient safety practices

Requirements :

Active Colorado pharmacist license

Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required

Epic experience valued

BLS certification required

Team Structure :

Staff includes : 3 Pharmacy Technicians, 1 Staff Pharmacist, and 1 Director of Pharmacy
