MD / DO - Family Medicine - Wautoma

ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician for our Wautoma, WI location. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team.

• Full Time = 36 patient contact hours, part time opportunities are available
• Clinic Hours : M, T, W 7 : 00-6 : 00, Th 7 : 30-5 : 00, F 8 : 00-5 : 00
• Call Rotation : Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers
• Team includes 1 physician and 2 APCs
• The physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive, and innovative medical staff, including Advanced Practice Clinicians and MAs.
• Epic EMR is utilized throughout the organization.
