Epic experience required

Ability to catch and care for infants in L&D

Experience with high-risk antepartum 32 weeks and above

Ability to circulate c-sections

Experience drawing own phlebotomy

Description :

This position is for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.

The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts from 18 : 30 to 07 : 00.

The average daily census is 2-4 patients.

The nurse will provide comprehensive care to obstetrical patients.

Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 : 1.

The position requires skills such as administration of blood products, assistance with vaginal deliveries, and cesarean section circulation.

Experience with fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation is necessary.

Additional responsibilities include triage of obstetrical patients and postpartum care.

Recovery of patients post-cesarean section is also required.

Candidates must be able to float as needed between facilities.

Weekends are required every third weekend.

The work environment includes support from various interdisciplinary services.

This role is suitable for individuals who possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
