Senior Application Project Lead Job Summary (List Format)
- Serve as project lead for Placement Management and Provider Management workstreams in the implementation of a new child welfare information system (CCWIS) within a government agency.
- Assess current systems and develop future-state requirements to support platform development.
- Refine and prioritize user stories to align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate business approvals for design concepts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate completed work to business users, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to meet operational needs.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive service catalog for social workers and stakeholders.
- Set up and manage workflows for service referrals to streamline and enhance process efficiency.
- Provide hands-on project management for the Service Referral application, with integration to Dynamics 365.
- Oversee user management to ensure secure and appropriate application access.
- Utilize bug tracking tools to identify, document, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and user satisfaction.
- Hybrid position requiring four days onsite in Washington, D.C. per week.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting for technology implementations.Minimum 10 years' experience developing user requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.At least 2 years' experience developing wireframes and mockups.Minimum 2 years' experience working with DC Health and Human Services Agencies.Experience with Jira, Microsoft ADO, Figma, Visio, Lucid Charts, or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.Job Type & Compensation :
