Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Advertising Specialist. The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting data analysis, and optimizing advertising strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing advertisements, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with team members, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE HANDS ON TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE ADS AND TAG MANAGER
- Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
- Experience in Marketing and Sales
- Ability to develop and optimize advertising strategies
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with digital advertising platforms Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
What You’ll Do :
Develop, implement, and manage high-performing advertising strategies across Google Ads and or Meta Ads.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and make optimization recommendations.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand each accounts’ business goals and translate them into measurable ad strategies.Conduct A / B testing, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI.Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and emerging trends in digital advertising.Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to clients on campaign performance.What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Expert level understanding – Google analytics, Google tracking, Meta tracking, audience building, retargeting, and attribution.Strong understanding of digital marketing funnelsAbility to analyze data, spot patterns, and make strategic decisions quickly.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to clients.Experience with lead generation campaigns is a plus.Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred (but not required).What We Offer :
